JAMAmon
A downloadable asset pack
The spirit of JAMA Jam comes alive in the form of cute baby monsters!
Ideas come in many forms as they float around the universe. Sometimes those ideas don't find a home inside the brain of a creative individual. Instead, they clump together with other concepts like particles in space and slowly compact themselves into nifty little bundles of energy that just might turn into something all on their own.
Behold, JAMA monsters! A new species discovered in the hidden corners of the internet, recently arrived from the concept cosmos! Apparently, these little fellows formed in tribute to all the great little ideas that have been and could have been throughout the last year of an event known as JAMA Jam, which, coincidentally is holding its one year anniversary right now.
The first masked little guys to come forward after their appearance on this plane of existence, Jungle Bug and the Celestial Wizard, have graciously allowed themselves to be put up for adoption in their pixel art form. They are available in 64 bit as well as their slightly larger display size and would love to come home with you today as a digital download.
These are the first in a series of mostly-masked baby monsters that combine to represent and commemorate the first year of JAMA Jam and all of its themes.
Thus far, JAMA Jam has had themes of Youth, Mask, Wizard, Glass, Star, Bug, Danger, Celestial, Monster, Jungle, Crab, and Cooking.
All of the monsters are children, which represents the themes of Monster and Youth, and most of them have or will have masks, which covers the Mask theme
The Celestial Wizard monster represents the themes of Celestial, Star, and Wizard
The Jungle Bug monster represents the themes of Jungle and Bug
Soon to come:
a Crabby monster who loves to Cook
a jam slime monster who lives in a Glass jar
and something Dangerous just ight be lurking around the bend too...
